Mariel Lowe (She/Her)

Mariel Lowe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mariel currently holds the position of Head of Business Process Improvement at CareChoice since February 2023. Prior to this, from March 2020 to February 2023, she worked as a Principal at Infosys Consulting, where she contributed to the growth of the Communications, Media, and Entertainment industry group and played a key role in change management for ERP and CRM implementations. Before that, Mariel was the Head of Customer Success at Bourne Digital Pty Ltd in 2019, focusing on agile digital product design for leading Australian organizations. Mariel also worked as an Associate Director at KPMG from 2010 to 2018, managing various projects in target operating model design, customer experience, and cost optimization. Mariel's experience also includes a role as a Business Improvement & Analytics Specialist at Telstra from 2008 to 2010, where she worked on strategic analysis and project management. Mariel began her career at PwC Australia in 2004, specializing in business improvement and corporate strategy consulting. Mariel Lowe completed her education at the University of Melbourne, where she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Information Systems with a specialization in Management Information Systems and Services.
