Akshay K.

Akshay K. has extensive work experience in the areas of product management, marketing, and founding/CEO roles. In 2019, they were the Founder & CEO of CareClinic, the world's largest VC-backed chronic condition management platform. From 2014-2018, they were the VP of Product Management at KnexxSocial/Branchup, a VC-backed SaaS travel marketing platform. In 2013, they founded Tripmark, a seed-funded big data travel planning startup. In 2012, they were VP of Marketing (Entertainment) at Rebellion Media. Prior to that, from 2004-2011, they were Founder & CEO of Altek Digital Media Inc., which was acquired by Rebellion Media.

Akshay K. is currently enrolled in a dual degree program at the University of Windsor, studying Business Administration and Computer Science. Akshay has also obtained a Pragmatic Marketing - PMC Level III certification from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in 2015.
