Javier Marcial

Javier Marcial has extensive work experience in various industries. Javier started their career as an Assistant General Manager at The Slaw Dogs from April 2010 to April 2013. Javier then worked as a Dealer Account Manager at Westlake Financial Services from May 2013 to March 2016, where they focused on dealer training, program maximization, and product penetration.

After that, Javier joined Caremore Health Plan as an Outreach/Sales Representative from April 2016 to December 2017. Javier conducted over 100 outreach/sales calls, generated interest in Caremore's model, and achieved a high closing rate.

In 2018, they became a Logistics Coordinator at Sartin Trucking Contracted with IKEA Furniture Retail. Javier handled account invoicing, managed system support functions, and provided proactive customer service.

From January 2022 to June 2022, Javier worked as an Account Manager at Bambee. Javier served as the face of the company, ensuring excellent customer experiences, advising clients on HR strategies, and ensuring business compliance.

Currently, Javier is a Community Engagement Specialist at CareConnectMD, starting in January 2023. Their responsibilities include supporting voluntary alignment efforts, building positive relationships with the medical community, increasing provider and patient participation, providing administrative support, and maintaining campaign metrics.

Javier Marcial earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from California State University, Los Angeles. Javier attended the university from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Downtown Business Magnet High School from 2002 to 2006, however, no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period.
