Carmen Mick has over 20 years of experience in customer experience, customer support, and administrative roles. Carmen began their career in 1998 as an Administrative Assistant at Loomis Courier. In 2002, they moved to Brinks Canada Ltd as an Administration Manager in Western Canada. From 2006 to 2011, they were the General Manager at the Independent Contractors and Businesses Association of B.C., where they managed and coordinated day-to-day administrative and office activities. From 2011 to 2017, they were the General Manager at ICBA Benefit Services Ltd., where they were responsible for P&L, audits, HR, vendor relations and contracts. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Manager, Client and Customer Support at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services, where they managed the technology call center and supported over 3.5 million customers in BC, Saskatchewan and Ontario and over 75k Healthcare Providers in BC. Currently, they are the Senior Director Customer Experience and Director Customer Support and Technical Support Manager at CareCru.

Carmen Mick has attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
