Radhika Khadria

Radhika Khadria has been working in the field of healthcare since 2012. Radhika began their career as a Medical Officer for the School Health Programme at the National Health Mission, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt of Rajasthan. In 2013, they moved to Signature Smiles India as a Dental Surgeon & Manager. In 2019, they joined Reliance Foundation as an Operations Manager and completed a project mapping the in-patient journey and recommending solutions to improve the overall patient experience. Currently, they are working as a Product Manager at CareCru.

Radhika Khadria has a diverse educational background. Radhika attended Mayo College Girls' School from 1997 to 2005, where they completed their high school education. Radhika then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S) at Gauhati University, which they completed in 2013. In 2017, they enrolled in a Post Graduate Program in Management at the Indian School of Business, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Google Analytics from Google Analytics in April 2022 and Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in August 2021.
