Nadim Hachem

Nadim Hachem currently serves as Chief of Staff at Careem, focusing on the development of the MENA region's premier Everything App. Previously, Nadim held the position of Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2021 to 2023, where project leadership encompassed strategy, product design, and large-scale transformations across various sectors. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Product Operations Manager at Revolut, where efforts concentrated on growth and process optimization in the global financial super app domain. Additional roles at Traveloka as Product Manager and McKinsey & Company as Engagement Manager allowed Nadim to lead consulting teams and deliver solutions to C-level clients. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
