Naman Dasot is currently the Rewards Manager at Careem, where Naman has led various initiatives to enhance employee benefits, redesign compensation structures, and create new salary bands. Prior to this role, Naman worked at Jumbo Electronics Company Limited as Lead for Rewards & HR Analytics, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Cognizant.
