Neha Khullar

Neha Khullar is the Associate Director with Career Access and operates from New Delhi. She comes from Service & Hospitality background and has spent most of her career working with hotels, airlines and progressed to executive search after being a market researcher for independent projects.

Her experiences in three metropolitans & diversely angled geographies such as Delhi, Dubai & Mumbai, allowed her to build up on her proficiency and created added space for her to welcome diversity. She brings forth a fresh perspective with her capabilities in both, operations & business development. She truthfully believes that service is the basis of all that they try to accomplish while being in partnership with valued clients.

Neha responsively supports plethora of cultures, genders, orientations including LGBTQI+ and believes in progressive respectable approach and inclusivity at all levels. She is presently researching and expanding her knowledge on ESG. Her involvement with NGOs working for the youth comes from the belief of being a responsible Global Citizen.
