Erika Ballard

Erika Ballard is an experienced cosmetology educator and salon professional with a diverse background in the beauty industry. Currently serving as the Lead Instructor and Coordinator for adult education at C-TEC of Licking County since July 2017, Erika has previously worked as a Hair Stylist at Denise's Salons on South Main from August 2015 to February 2016 and as an Instructor at the Paul Mitchell School in Columbus from December 2013 to August 2015. Additionally, Erika has held various positions at Ulta Beauty, including Master Designer, Salon Manager, and Senior Designer since February 2016.
