Alexis Vasquez

Alexis Vasquez discovered her passion for recruiting when she made her first placement and realized the positive impact that she could have in someone’s life. Her favorite part of recruiting is when she gets to make a perfect match that benefits both a candidate and client for the long run. Her advice for a job seeker would be to never settle for a job they aren’t passionate about because the perfect opportunity is always right around the corner. Her star candidate is someone who is energetic, genuine, and willing to do what it takes to be the most successful version of themselves. Before joining the Career Group team as a Recruiting Coordinator, Alexis worked as an Executive Assistant and as a recruiter. She holds a degree from the University of Denver in Psychology and Media Studies, and enjoys going to the gym, watching reality TV, and trying new restaurants in her free time.
