Based out of the Miami office, Felix Kadirov brings over 10 years of sales, business development, and recruitment experience to the Career Group Companies team, specializing in executive-level and finance recruitment. Prior to CG Search, Felix served as a Practice Manager for a global recruitment firm where he focused exclusively on recruiting senior-level finance talent within the professional services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries. Felix holds a B.A. in Business Management from Hofstra University and has an extensive background in business development and partnering with clients on talent advisory, growth, and recruitment strategies.
