Colin Welch

Colin has worked as the HR and Appointments Adviser since joining Career Intelligence in its developmental stages.

Colin has been the driving force behind the recruitment of most of Career Intelligence’s London- based staff, and he has a lifetime of experience in managing complex recruitment and assessment campaigns, and in running multi-layered Human Resource programmes. He has worked at a substantive level for the British Government, with ‘blue-chips’ in the private sector, and has recruited for organisations throughout Europe, the Middle East and Australasia.
