Jenny Mackay

Jenny has been involved with major career transition and outplacement projects. She has lectured on learning and development in the higher education sector and designed and delivered open management development programmes. Alongside this, she has developed and delivered projects for the voluntary sector, working on an outreach basis in community settings to encourage women to reach their full potential in the employment market or in self-employment.

Jenny has worked with a large number of international and blue chip organizations including Mercedes Benz , Rolls Royce, Hewitt, Cofunds, GKN, Toyota, Cisco, BNFL, Baxter Healthcare, W H Smith, Marathon Oil, Agere, Panasonic Europe, SKM, Tyco, Johnson & Johnson, Cooper Tire,Tyco, General Motors, Honda and Xstrata.
