Jake Kailahi, M.A. has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Peer Assisted Learning Specialist role at Santa Rosa Junior College in 2014. Jake then moved to the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2015 where they were a Career Peer Adviser. In 2017, they held two positions, a Sports Specialist with US Sports Camps and a Property Management Assistant with a Real Estate company. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Michigan State University in various roles, including Coordinator - Community Engaged Scholars Program, Assistant Community/Hall Director, Graduate Learning Assistant - Student Athletic Support Services, and Course Instructor: EAD 315 Leadership Training. In 2020, they also held the role of Student Equity at Long Beach City College. In 2021, they are currently a Success Manager at Career Karma, and in 2022, they will take on a Fellow (ODCB) role at On Deck.

Jake Kailahi, M.A. received a Master's degree in Higher Education - SA Administration from Michigan State University, a Bachelor's degree from UC Santa Barbara, and an Associate's degree from Santa Rosa Junior College.
