Amy Trosine has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Amy is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Career Path Services, where they oversee HR activities such as staffing, compensation, training, safety, benefits administration, compliance, and policy development.

Amy Trosine, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a strong educational background in human resources and organizational psychology. In 1994, they graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hastings College. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Amy pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Development and Management & Leadership from Webster University.
In addition to their academic achievements, Amy has obtained several certifications to further enhance their expertise. Amy earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2013, followed by the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in June 2015.
