Amy Trosine Sphr

Amy Trosine has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Amy is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Career Path Services, where they oversee HR activities such as staffing, compensation, training, safety, benefits administration, compliance, and policy development.

In addition to their role at Career Path Services, Amy has also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Gonzaga University and Webster University, where they shared their expertise in the field of HR.

Amy has also excelled as the HR Director at Cardon Outreach and Outreach Services Companies, where they led HR teams and implemented various system and procedural efficiencies. Amy built collaborative partnerships with senior managers to fulfill organizational objectives and successfully implemented new HRIS and LMS systems.

Earlier in their career, Amy gained valuable experience as an Executive Team Lead - HR at Target and as an Assistant Store Manager at David's Bridal, where they effectively managed stores, achieved top performance, and drove profitability.

Amy started their career as an Organizational Development Professional at Metropolitan Mortgage & Securities and as an Analyst/Trainer at Lincoln Benefit Life Insurance, where they honed their skills in organizational development and training.

Amy Trosine, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a strong educational background in human resources and organizational psychology. In 1994, they graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hastings College. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Amy pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Development and Management & Leadership from Webster University.

In addition to their academic achievements, Amy has obtained several certifications to further enhance their expertise. Amy earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2013, followed by the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in June 2015.

To remain updated with the latest practices and expand their knowledge, Amy also completed two specialized certifications offered by LinkedIn. In February 2021, they obtained the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging certification, demonstrating their commitment to creating inclusive work environments. Most recently, in February 2022, Amy acquired the Humane Productivity certification through LinkedIn, highlighting their expertise in promoting productivity while ensuring employee well-being.
