Mary Stanton

Mary Stanton has extensive experience in workforce development and industry navigation, currently serving as an Industry Navigator and RISE Business Navigator at Career Path Services since July 2008. In this role, Mary facilitates Work Based Learning activities for participants, focusing on skill acquisition, soft skill development, work history building, and career exploration. Recently, Mary transitioned to become Spokane's first Aerospace Industry Navigator, collaborating with Air Washington and local aerospace businesses. Previous roles include Employment and Training Specialist at Career Path Services and the Community Colleges of Spokane, where Mary specialized in supporting at-risk youth and adults in securing employment. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from California State University-Sacramento.
