James Rumley (Jim)

James (Jim) Rumley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, management, and veteran services. Currently serving as the Florida Local Veterans Employment Representative at CareerSource Pasco Hernando since December 2019, Jim actively promotes the advantages of hiring Florida's veterans. Additionally, Jim contributes to the Veteran Advisory Board for the US House of Representatives in Florida's 12th Congressional District. Previous roles include owner and broker at Area Real Estate & Property Management, along with teaching real estate math at multiple community colleges. Jim's diverse background spans various management positions in industries such as manufacturing and fulfillment services, bolstered by an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management Real Estate from Alamance Community College.
