L. Cindy Carra Mph

L. Cindy Carra MPH, CHES has a Master of Public Health degree in Nutrition from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with an I/O concentration from The College of New Jersey. L. Cindy has extensive experience in the health and wellness field, working as an Integrative Health Coach and Owner/Founder at Total Integrative Wellness, an At-Risk Health Coach at Telligen, and currently as an SME/Instructor at CareerStep. In their current role, L. Cindy is responsible for building and updating curriculum for various health programs and supporting learners in career readiness. L. Cindy has also worked in donor resources at the Miller-Keystone Blood Center, where L. Cindy was responsible for growing donor and organizational support in four PA counties.
