James Hughes

James Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. James began their career at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Spokane in 2008, where they served as the Libby Teen Club Director until 2011. In 2012, they joined Career Path Services as an Employment Specialist and remained in that role until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, James worked as the Director of Employment Services at SKILS'KIN. James then returned to Career Path Services in 2016 as a Workforce Practitioner and later became a Program Manager from 2018 to 2018. Finally, James joined Career TEAM LLC in 2019, initially as an Executive Director until 2021 when they transitioned to their current position as the Regional Director of Operations. This extensive background demonstrates James' experience and expertise in various aspects of the workforce and employment services field.

James Hughes attended Whitworth University from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Sciences.
