Natalia Zahoor has been in the software quality assurance industry since 2011. Natalia began their career at Theradome as a Firmware Quality Engineer for a medical device, where they created a test strategy and plan, ran it continuously, validated bugs and fixes, and made sure that the requirements and designs were followed as expected. In 2012, Natalia moved to Apple as an iCloud and iTunes QE Engineer, where they were one of the pioneers for the iCloud project testing and releasing, and worked on the iTunes U project. In 2013, Natalia joined ItsOn, Inc. as a SAAS Web Quality Lead, where they were one of the first members of the QE team and built and successfully launched a brand new SAAS platform for telecom. From 2017-2019, Natalia worked at Intel Corporation as a True VR Quality Assurance Lead for the Olympics TrueVR project, where they handled tech docs, test plans, cases, matrices, and reports. The product was successfully launched. In 2019, Natalia joined Marketing Evolution as a Quality Assurance Lead, where they built a new Quality engineering team from scratch and defined the testing direction for the company. Natalia also hired and trained new QE engineers. Additionally, Natalia was a Software Quality Assurance Instructor at Careerist.Academy and a SQA Engineer, Partner, and Head of IT, Research and operations at Zara Construction Group.

Natalia Zahoor has a diverse educational background. Natalia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from San Francisco State University between 2009 and 2012. In 2010, they received a Certification in Software Quality from Santa Clara High Tech Academy. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Kiev Economic University between 2004 and 2008. Additionally, they are a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance.
