Michael Scissons

Michael Scissons is the Chairman & CEO at Careerlist. Prior to their current role, Scissons served as a Board Member at ZX Ventures from August 2016 to September 2020. ZX Ventures is a global incubator and venture capital team funded by Anheuser-Busch InBev thatstimulates disruptive growth through brand, product and channel development.

Before their time at ZX Ventures, Scissons co-founded and served as the Chairman at FlashStock from January 2014 to July 2017. FlashStock helps brands and agencies create custom imagery by leveraging a network of global contributors. Some of the top brands that FlashStock has supplied imagery for include J&J, Kraft, Pepsi, Smirnoff, L'Oreal, McDonalds, Mercedes, JP Morgan, and Anheuser-Busch.

From October 2013 to August 2016, Scissons worked as the Global Vice-President eCommerce at Anheuser-Busch InBev. And prior to that role, they served as the General Partner at Grid Ventures.

Scissons got their start in the industry as the President & CEO at Syncapse from November 2007 to August 2013. Michael then went on to work as the Director of National Sales Canada at Facebook from April 2006 to November 2007.
