Bonni Smith

Bonni Smith has extensive experience in recruitment and workforce development, currently serving as a Recruitment and Retention Specialist at CareerSource Broward since November 2004. In this role, Bonni specializes in healthcare, aviation, and manufacturing sectors, and has played a key role in the transition to the CareerSource Florida branding. Previously, Bonni was a Business Services Manager, providing operational guidance for programs assisting dislocated workers. Additional contributions include serving on the Workforce Readiness Committee at HRABC and a managerial role at Landmark Education, where Bonni focused on self-development programs. Bonni holds a BA in Public Administration from the University at Albany and has completed various educational programs related to employment services and leadership development.
