Ayn Villena Marciano is an experienced professional with a strong background in finance and property management. Currently serving as a Fiscal Assistant for Payroll/HR and previously as a Utility Billing Specialist at the City of Rockville since December 2014, Ayn has developed expertise in municipal financial processes. Prior roles include STT Consultant at The World Bank from November 2012 to December 2014 and Assistant Property Manager at First Potomac Realty Trust, responsible for managing four properties in Montgomery County. Ayn's diverse experience also includes positions as a Tenant Services Coordinator and Receptionist. Education was completed at Albert Einstein High School.
