Keith Gerena currently serves as the Veterans Employment and Training Services (VETS) Manager at Veterans Florida, where responsibilities include cultivating business relationships aligned with the organization’s development strategy. Previously, Gerena worked for the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity as a Local Veterans Employment Representative, advocating for veterans and facilitating employment opportunities. Gerena also held the title of Disabled Veterans Outreach Program Specialist, focusing on individualized employment plans for veterans. Prior to this, Gerena served as an Infantry Unit Leader in the U.S. Marine Corps, overseeing the training and operational readiness of infantry units. Gerena holds a Certificate in Cyber Security from the University of West Florida and has completed studies at National University.
