Adrienne Johnston

Adrienne Johnston has a strong background in workforce development and economic research. Adrienne most recently served as President and CEO of CareerSource Florida, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, including Director of the Division of Workforce Services and Bureau Chief of Workforce Statistics and Economic Research. At Evergreen Solutions, LLC, they worked as a Manager, conducting compensation and classification review studies for local government entities. Earlier in their career, they served as the Labor Market Research Director and Project Manager at Brandt Information Services, where they achieved high response rates on nationwide surveys and expanded service offerings. Adrienne started their career as a Research Associate at ERS Group.

Adrienne Johnston obtained their Masters degree in Economics from Florida State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in July 2013.
