The Career Services Team at CareerSource Florida works collaboratively to support both job seekers and businesses. The Case Manager guides clients through personalized career plans, the Placement Specialist connects job seekers with employment opportunities, and the Job Developer forges relationships with local employers to identify job openings. The Career Development Coach offers career planning and resume assistance, while the Career Coach provides individualized coaching to enhance job seekers' skills and employability.
