Syra Cardona

Syra Cardona is an experienced career development and job readiness coach currently serving at CareerSource CLM and CareerSource Florida since May 2016. In this role, Syra Cardona assists clients in identifying personal interests and life goals while helping them plan strategic career moves and develop necessary skills. Prior to this, Syra Cardona worked as a case manager and counselor at Broward Addiction Recovery Centers from June 2007 to November 2015, providing support for individuals facing substance abuse and behavioral issues. Syra Cardona holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de Puerto Rico and a degree in Human Services with a focus on Counseling from National Louis University.
