Conchita Canty-Jones

Conchita Canty-Jones has extensive work experience in the field of education and student support. Conchita began their career at Hillsborough County Public Schools in 1988, where they held the role of Coordinator Academic Support and Federal Programs for over three decades, ending in January 2021. In 2021, they transitioned to CareerSource Tampa Bay, taking on the role of Senior Project Manager from March 2021 to May 2022. Following that, they became the Director of Student Engagement, a position they currently hold.

Conchita Canty-Jones holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University. Conchita'sfield of study was Higher Education/Higher Education Administration. In addition to their degrees, Conchita has obtained two additional certifications. In May 2007, they received a certification in Education Leadership from Hillsborough County Public Schools. Conchita also obtained a certification in Teachers and Instructors, Vocational Education and Training from the same institution in March 2007.
