Soham Bakshi

Soham Bakshi currently serves as a Volunteer Advisor at CareerSpring, focusing on career counseling and mentoring. Previously, Soham held roles at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, initially as a Product Engineer and later as a Systems Engineer and Senior Business Development Associate, where responsibilities included VC activities, business development, and the design of truck rear axles. Soham's experience also includes a position as a VC Fellow at Autotech Ventures and an MBA Consultant role at Avery Dennison, addressing food loss and waste. Earlier experience at Linamar Corporation involved engineering electric axles for OEMs. Soham holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
