Joy Osahon

Joy Osahon, MA, currently serves as the Director of Fellowships & Career Exploration at CareerWise New York, where responsibilities include managing teacher training for over 200 educators and fostering school-employer partnerships with companies like Accenture and JPMorgan Chase. Previously, Joy held positions such as Director of Career Exploration & Exposure at the NYC Department of Education, P2GQ Workforce Development Coordinator, and Dean of College & Career at Achievement First. Experience also encompasses roles at Covenant House, NPower, NJ LEEP, and other organizations focused on youth development, career readiness, and support services. Joy holds a Master of Arts in Women's Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University.
