Alicia Cowell

Alicia Cowell has extensive experience in various leadership roles in learning and development, operations, and community management. Alicia currently holds the position of Director of Community Operations at firsthand since April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operations at CareFirst Urgent Care from August 2021. From January 2016 to January 2022, Alicia served as the Director of Learning and Development at CommuniCare Health Services. Before that, they held the same role at CK Franchising, Inc. from March 2010 to December 2015. Additionally, they worked as the Director Learning and Development at Axcess Financial from September 2006 to October 2009. Alicia's earlier experience includes serving as the VP of Learning and Development at BISYS from 2003 to 2006 and the Director of Business Transformation at Fidelity Investments from 1987 to 2003.

Alicia Cowell attended Baylor University from 1983 to 1987 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
