Michelle Zegada-Frias, PMP, has extensive experience in quality management and project oversight, currently serving as the Director of Quality Management and Standards at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield FEPOC since September 2013. Michelle has previously held key roles such as Director of Quality Management at Nubisio and Quality Assurance Director at 3H Technology, where noteworthy achievements include maintaining partnerships and certifications with major technology firms and securing CMMI Level 3 accreditation. Michelle's early career involved various testing and quality assurance leadership positions at organizations including General Dynamics, American Public University System, and WorldSpace, where strong skills in methodology development and process improvement were demonstrated.
