Rebecca Hodgkins

Rebecca Hodgkins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and risk management, currently serving as the Director of Embedded Compliance and Risk Management at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since August 2012. In this role, Rebecca is responsible for managing the overall state of compliance for the Strategic Business Unit, as well as establishing audit and compliance protocols and implementing a risk-based compliance program. Prior to this, Rebecca held various positions, including Senior IT Auditor and Advisor at Ciena and Senior Associate in IT Strategy & Governance at Grant Thornton, focusing on audit engagements and operational processes. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Certificate in Project Management from Mount St. Mary's University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management, MIS from the University of Delaware.
