Victor Hermann

Victor Hermann, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Broker Operations and Compliance at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since February 2016, after previously holding the position of Manager of Broker Compensation and Accounting. Prior experience includes roles as Accounting Manager and Accounting Supervisor at Laureate Higher Education Group from April 2011 to February 2016, and as an Accountant and General Accountant at Fannie Mae from 2006 to 2011. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland Global Campus, obtained between 2007 and 2010, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Salisbury University, earned from 2003 to 2005, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from the College of Southern Maryland, completed from 1999 to 2002.
