Doug Charles

Doug Charles has a diverse work experience in product management and business development. Doug started their career at Lucent Technologies as a Product Manager and then became a Senior Product Manager for Applications. Doug later joined Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where they held various roles in software product management, including Director and Senior Director positions. In 2014, Doug joined Vayu Technologies as a VP of Business Development and Product Management. Doug then moved on to Seniorlink as a VP of Product Management. Most recently, Doug worked at Careforth as a VP of Business Development and later as VP of Digital Product Management. In this role, they led teams to develop a communication and collaboration platform and played a crucial role in driving revenue growth.

Doug Charles has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers School of Engineering. Doug also obtained a certification in Generative AI for Business Leaders from LinkedIn in 2023.
