Mary Schafer

Mary Schafer has over 25 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Mary began their career at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, where they held various roles including HR Generalist, Sr. HR Consultant, Manager of Employee Relations, Compliance and HR Business Partner, and Director of Employee Relations, Compliance and Talent Acquisition. In 2016, Mary joined Careforth as the Senior Vice President of People and Culture. After two years, they moved to Seniorlink where they served as the Director of Human Resources and later as the Vice President of People and Culture. Mary has extensive experience in strategic business partnering, talent acquisition, compliance, and employee relations.

Mary Schafer has an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Dean College. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the Predictive Index Certification from The Predictive Index in 2016, the Leadership Development Program from WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., The Organization for Mentoring, Education and Networking in October 2012, and the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification from World at Work Society of Certified Professionals. Mary has also completed training in Conducting Internal Discrimination Complaint Investigations from the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and is familiar with the PDI (360 Tool) from HR Solutions.
