Ethan Gottlieb has extensive experience in human resources, with roles at several prominent companies. Ethan worked as the Director of People & Culture at Careforth, where they led the strategy for attracting and hiring talent, as well as developing and engaging employees. Prior to that, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, providing coaching and support to various business units. Additionally, they were the Human Resources Manager at RNK Communications, where they managed all HR functions for a growing company. Ethan'sresponsibilities included policy interpretation, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, among others. Ethan also worked as an Associate HR Business Partner at Tufts Health Plan, where they provided advice on employee relations and developed HR policies and procedures.
Ethan Gottlieb received a BA in Psychology from Skidmore College in 2001. In 2003, they pursued a Certification in Human Resources Management from Northeastern University. Additionally, they obtained various certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Harvard Pilgrim Health Care in 2018, Agile Performance Management and Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2016 and 2015 respectively. Ethan also holds a PHR certification from HRCI.
