Khatonia McCarty

Khatonia McCarty has extensive experience in the legal field. Khatonia is currently the Attorney-Owner of The McCarty Firm, a position they have held since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Assoc. Corp. Counsel - Business Ethics at Mannatech Incorporated from March 2015 to September 2019. In this role, they managed legal matters related to expanding the business in Latin countries and supervised a team of Compliance Analysts. Before joining Mannatech, Khatonia was an Attorney/Owner at The McCarty Firm from December 2009 to March 2014. Khatonia also worked as a Corporate Counsel at The Prince Companies from February 2007 to September 2009.

Khatonia McCarty completed their undergraduate education at Fisk University from 1988 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Following this, they attended SMU Law School from 1992 to 1995, obtaining a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a specialization in Law.
