Tracy Warning

Tracy Warning SHRM-SCP is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions for organizations. Currently serving as the HR Manager at CareLinc Medical since February 2014, Tracy oversees HR operations for 575 employees, including the administration of medical, dental, 401K, and life and disability benefits. Prior experience includes an HR Specialist role at Steelcase, focusing on offer letter generation, background checks, and compliance for North America, as well as an HR Assistant/Billing Specialist position at Hulst Jepsen Physical Therapy, where project management and policy restructuring were key responsibilities. Tracy holds a Master's in Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's in Arts in Psychology from Trine University.
