Dona Rainson is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in mental health support and education. Currently serving as a Mental Health Support Worker at Careline Lifestyles since March 2022, Dona has also held lecturing positions at Christian Group of Institutions and St. George College in 2021. Prior to these roles, Dona gained practical experience through various internships and a trainee position at Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (IMHANS) and other facilities between 2017 and 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Health from Northumbria University and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Functional English, and Psychology from St. Philomena's College, Mysore.
