V.j. Paolo Narciso

V.J. Paolo Narciso is an experienced leader in innovation and entrepreneurship, currently serving as a Build Fellow at Stand Together Ventures Lab since July 2024, where the focus is on changing society through supportive initiatives in education, workforce, health care, and the economy. Narciso also holds advisory roles at CareLink360 and Blooming Health, concentrating on scaling and product development. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President at AARP Foundation, leading efforts to innovate products for vulnerable populations, and co-founding CloudHealth Asia, which aims to improve primary care and address non-communicable diseases. Narciso's entrepreneurial journey began with founding Allsec, a venture dedicated to developing technical talent from high-poverty areas, and included founding Ignite Media Solutions, which specialized in voice and video technology for healthcare and education. Educational qualifications encompass a Doctor of Education from Creighton University and a Master of Arts in Data Analysis and Visualization from Maryland Institute College of Art, among others.
