Alicia Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and strategic project management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the COO/Director of Operations at Carelon Behavioral Health since January 2022, Alicia previously held the position of Director of Operations and Implementations at Beacon Health Options from March 1989 to March 2023. In that role, Alicia independently managed multiple strategic client implementation projects, overseeing resources and fostering integration among functional teams while ensuring successful project delivery across all phases.
