Debra Luther

Debra Luther, Ph.D., is a trauma-informed executive at Carelon Behavioral Health since May 2022 and has served as Vice President of Clinical Services at Beacon Health Options since March 2017. With extensive experience in various roles at NHS Human Services from August 2004 to March 2017, responsibilities included Senior Corporate Director, Regional Director of Program Evaluation and Practice Development, Clinical Compliance Officer, Director of Clinic Based Services, and Coordinator of the Child and Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program, as well as work as a psychologist and psychotherapist. Debra Luther earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Developmental Psychology from Bryn Mawr College (2000-2006) and a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University - Camden (1996-2000).
