Falguni Shelat

Falguni Shelat has an extensive background in behavioral health, with experience in leading clinical teams and coordinating programs for adolescents in need of psychiatric and substance abuse support. Falguni is currently serving as the Northeast Behavioral Health Team Lead at Carelon Behavioral Health and has previously held roles as a Program Coordinator and Supervisor at Wheeler Clinic. Falguni has a Master's degree in Social Work from UCONN School of Social Work.
