Indrani Halder

Indrani Halder, PhD, MBA, currently serves as Senior Director of Population & Community Health Insights and Clinical Products at Carelon Behavioral Health, leading strategies for a clinical program aimed at Medicaid members with severe mental health needs. In addition, Indrani is an Executive Member of Leap Academy, a network for global leaders and entrepreneurs. Previous roles include Staff VP of Analytic Solutions and Senior Director of Clinical and Digital Innovation at Elevance Health, where significant improvements in clinical workflows and cost savings were achieved. Indrani also held various positions at Anthem, Inc., Cigna, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, focusing on clinical data analytics, value-based care, and genomic research in cardiovascular diseases. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Genetics from Penn State University, an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, and postdoctoral training in Cardiovascular Behavioral Medicine Research from the University of Pittsburgh.
