Chris Buckle

Chris Buckle currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Medical Specialty and Innovation at Carelon, where responsibilities include leading clinical innovation and overseeing the clinical aspects of the specialty suite. Prior to joining Carelon in March 2023, Chris held multiple leadership roles at AIM Specialty Health, including Associate Chief Medical Officer and National Medical Director for Radiology and Guideline Development. Chris also served as Medical Director at Ipsen and worked in various capacities at ICON plc, Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, the University of Chicago, and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Chris holds an MD from the University of Ottawa and an MBA, along with a Graduate Program in Health Administration and Policy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
