Katherine Dallow

Katherine Dallow, MD, MPH, CPE, currently serves as Vice President and Executive Medical Director for Government Programs Strategy & Delivery at Carelon, where responsibilities include overseeing clinical integrity and compliance for government business lines such as Medicare Advantage and Medicaid. Dallow also contributes as an Advisory Board Member for Playworks New England, promoting safe play for low-income students. Previously, Dallow held roles as Vice President of Clinical Programs and Strategy at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Board Chair for the American Diabetes Association's New England Chapter, and Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, achieving significant improvements in medical quality and expense management. Dallow’s foundational experience includes a Medical Director role at Beth Israel Deaconess Care Organization and academic involvement as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
