Stacey Haley

Stacey Haley, MBA, currently serves as the Business Change Director for Program Integrity Strategy and Planning at Carelon since August 2021, leading Data Mining initiatives for Commercial markets and optimizing Disputes & Correspondence. Prior to this role, Stacey held the position of Business Change Director at Elevance Health from January 2018 to August 2021. Stacey’s career at Anthem, Inc. spanned nearly 19 years, during which various roles were held, including Claim Manager, where management of an onshore and offshore team focused on deductible and out-of-pocket benefit administration occurred. Additional positions at Anthem included Business Change Manager, Process Improvement Consultant, Benefits Analyst, Workforce Analyst, and Senior Claims Examiner, with expertise in commercial claims adjudication and Medicare benefits administration. Stacey holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and two Bachelor of Applied Science degrees in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
