Joshua McCabe

Joshua McCabe has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with their most recent role being the PBM Pricing Strategy Director at CarelonRx since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota for over 14 years, starting as an Assistant Actuary in August 2005. In this role, they were responsible for pricing reviews, assumption development, and go-to-market rates for various market segments. Joshua also provided continuous consulting and directed pricing and underwriting efforts for employer-sponsored Medicare Supplement and Part D clients, leading to growth and profitability in this market segment.

Joshua McCabe obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics & Actuarial Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth in the period of 2000 to 2005. Joshua also obtained additional certifications, including being a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) in 2012 and an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) in 2011.
