Oksana Clark

Oksana Clark has extensive work experience in financial reporting, accounting, and management roles. Oksana is currently working at CareMax, Inc. as the VP of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Carnival Corporation from 2016 to 2022 in various positions, including Senior Director of AllBrands Group Planning & Accounting and Director of Global Accounting and Reporting Services. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Controller at AAC - Air Ambulance Caribbean, Inc. / AeroMD. Oksana also has experience at PwC, where they worked as a Senior Audit Manager from 2005 to 2015. Additionally, they gained teaching and assistant experience at Ohio University from 2002 to 2005, serving as a Teaching Assistant in Accounting & Tax and a Computer Lab Student Assistant.

Oksana Clark attended Ohio University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a BBA in Accounting. Prior to that, they studied at the Kiev Institute for the Humanities from 1989 to 2001, focusing on Roman-German Philology. In 2007, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the Virginia Board of Accountancy.
